Apollo Building, London, E14 3TS, PulsaCoil 2000 Replacement Case Study

Mr R first called The Plumbing Group when his unit stopped heating up as it should. Our engineers headed out to the property to take a look at the boiler. Unfortunately, they found that it had a split cylinder and as a result is deemed beyond economical repair. This means that the unit has to be replaced. Luckily, a temporary fix was able to be done until a new boiler could be fitted.

Mr R opted for a Fabdec ThermaCoil as his replacement instead of the PulsaCoil. The ThermaCoil runs off of a single mechanical blending valve while the PulsaCoil has many more components. This includes a Printed Circuit Board, a Pump, Sensors and Relays. As a result, the ThermaCoil is a far simpler system and is especially beneficial in terms of long term maintenance.

Our engineers removed and correctly disposed of the old unit before installing the new ThermaCoil. The whole installation process was finished in under four hours and Mr R was shown how to maintain and operate his new unit.

Mr R was very pleased with the work done and his overall experience with The Plumbing Group.

The new ThermaCoil comes with a 10 Year Manufacturers cylinder warranty, for further details visit www.thermacoil.co.uk
